Roles and Responsibilities
Interns will be responsible for providing excellent client services within AVBOB branches. The primary responsibilities include:
- Delivering a professional and positive client service experience.
- Handling client inquiries and documenting interactions.
- Escalating complex client complaints to supervisors and managers.
- Providing technical support for AVBOB Member Value products and services.
- Building strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Maintaining client records and documentation.
- Conducting post-service surveys to identify service improvement areas.
- Staying updated with emerging trends in client services.
- Recommending product enhancements based on client feedback.
