Key Responsibilities
The selected intern will play an essential role in supporting the SHE department with the following tasks:

2. Supporting Risk Assessments and Incident Investigations
- Assist in reviewing and conducting Risk Assessments to identify potential workplace hazards.
- Support the investigation process for incidents to determine causes and implement preventive measures.
3. Communication and Awareness Initiatives
- Assist in sharing changes to SHE procedures by updating notice boards and communication screens.
- Attend SHE meetings and ensure employees are well-informed about safety updates and compliance requirements.
4. Training and Development Support
- Assist the training facilitator in arranging and planning safety training programs for employees.
- Ensure employees receive relevant safety guidance and induction sessions.
5. Data Collection and Compliance Tracking
- Collate SHE statistics and performance reports to measure compliance levels.
- Maintain action trackers for all SHE activities and drive implementation plans for corrective actions.
6. Supporting SHE Audits and Compliance Checks
- Work closely with SHE coordinators to drive audit plans and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

7. Leading Two Key SHE Projects

8. Conducting Contractor SHE Inductions
