  3. Tender Evaluation: Interns will be involved in the process of evaluating tenders, which is an essential part of the procurement process.
  4. Purchase Orders Processing: You will assist with processing purchase orders and ensure the smooth order-to-delivery cycle is followed.
  5. Document Management: Keeping track of contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and other critical documents is essential. Interns will assist in ensuring that all documents are up to date and stored properly in accordance with ISO standards.
  6. Support for Internal and External Stakeholders: You will help resolve supply chain-related issues that impact both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements for the MQA Internship

To be eligible for this internship, candidates need to meet the following qualifications:

Minimum Educational Requirements:

  • A Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
  • A National Diploma or Degree in one of the following fields:
    • Supply Chain Management
    • Public Management
    • Public Administration
    • Logistics
    • Purchasing Management
    • Or an equivalent qualification.

Skills and Competencies:

  • A strong interest in supply chain management and logistics.
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
