What is SACPCMP?

Available Internship Positions in the SACPCMP Internship Programme

1. Intern: Business Services (12-month contract)

  • Number of Posts: 1
  • Salary: Market related
  • Location: Pretoria, at Rigel Office Park

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Business Services Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting SACPCMP’s marketing, communications, and event management activities. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Liaising with brand and marketing teams to implement requirements.
  • Assisting with stakeholder communications and service providers.
  • Arranging logistics and stock management for events and marketing materials.
  • Supporting marketing campaigns and distributing branding materials.
  • Helping organize exhibitions and events such as summits and conferences.
  • Coordinating photographers and preparing editorial content for publications.

You will also help with supplier management, including managing deliveries, quality checks, and ensuring compliance with corporate identity standards.

What SACPCMP is Looking For:

  • Minimum Grade 12 certificate.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365.
  • At least one year’s experience in support roles, preferably with some event management.
  • Ability to work overtime and communicate well at all management levels.

2. Registration Intern (12-month contract)

  • Number of Posts: 2
  • Salary: Market related
  • Location: Pretoria, at Rigel Office Park

Role and Responsibilities:

The Registration Intern supports the Registration Department with administrative tasks, helping process registration applications and maintaining applicant records. Key duties include:

  • Managing online registration applications.
  • Updating and maintaining applicant profiles.
  • Responding to queries from applicants.
  • Assisting walk-in clients.
  • Supporting the Registration Coordinator with various activities.
  • Compiling administrative and performance reports weekly.

What SACPCMP is Looking For:

  • Grade 12 or Matric certificate.
  • A qualification in administration or related fields.
  • At least three years’ experience in administrative work, preferably in a professional or regulatory setting.
