As an E-Learning Content Developer, you will be responsible for creating and managing digital learning content that meets the needs of both English and Portuguese-speaking learners.
You will collaborate with subject matter experts, use leading eLearning tools, and work with various Learning Management Systems to build engaging, high-quality training solutions.
Key Responsibilities
In this role as an E-Learning Content Developer, your main responsibilities will include:
- Creating Interactive Courses: Design and develop bilingual eLearning content, including quizzes and multimedia assets.
- Utilizing Authoring Tools: Use tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, H5P, and ExeLearning to produce top-notch learning materials.
- Managing LMS Platforms: Upload and organize content in Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Moodle, Blackboard, and Canvas.
- Collaborating with SMEs: Work closely with subject matter experts to convert complex concepts into accessible and engaging content.
- Conducting QA Testing: Perform quality assurance checks to ensure course content functions properly across devices and browsers.
- Improving Content: Regularly update and enhance existing eLearning materials to maintain quality and relevance.
Required Skills and Experience
To be considered for the E-Learning Content Developer role, you should meet the following criteria:
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience as an E-Learning Content Developer.
- Fluent in both English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
- Skilled in using at least two of the following: Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, H5P, ExeLearning.
- Experienced in managing content on LMS platforms such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas.
- Strong attention to detail, with a learner-focused and creative approach.
- Able to work independently and meet project deadlines effectively.
