Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintenance Support

Maintenance plans will also need to be captured, updated, and accurately maintained.
  2. Maintenance Scheduling
    • The Maintenance Data Capturer will identify and coordinate maintenance needs, working closely with internal or external artisans. This will include creating work orders and assigning task lists to supervisors. Requisitions for non-stock items will be created and tracked, ensuring timely availability of materials. The role will also involve estimating the costs of work orders and preparing schedules for the week, communicating and issuing these schedules as needed. The data capturer will monitor and track the forward workload and ensure all work orders are planned accordingly.
  3. Contractor Management
    • This role includes optimizing the use of internal and external artisans for planned work. The Maintenance Data Capturer will need to create service entry sheets and ensure contractor attendance is verified ahead of scheduled tasks. The position will also include coordinating medical bookings and other requirements specific to the site. Furthermore, the role requires compiling reports to meet organisational and client needs while assisting with Health & Safety campaigns.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements
