Who Can Apply?
TheYES Learnership programme is open to all unemployed youth across South Africa who meet the following criteria:
- Aged 18 to 28 years old
- Matric certificate is preferred but not compulsory
- Available for full-time work during the 12-month contract period
- Not enrolled in full-time studies during the placement year
- Not previously employed in a single job for more than 12 consecutive months
- Not previously part of a YES programme
- Able to cover their own transport and accommodation if needed
