  • Requirements:
    • Senior/Grade 12 Certificate.
    • Knowledge of clerical functions and basic financial operating systems (SAP).
    • An understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service.
    • Basic problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong time-management and organizational skills.

  • Salary: R228 321 per annum (Level 05)
  • Requirements:
    • Senior/Grade 12 Certificate.
    • Knowledge of clerical functions and administrative practices.
    • Ability to capture data and operate a computer system.
    • Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong accountability and ethical conduct.
    • Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.
    • Good telephone etiquette.

Duties:

  • Operate the switchboard, handling incoming and outgoing calls.
