Key Responsibilities
As a Client Support and Services Consultant, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks aimed at ensuring Afrihost clients receive the best possible service. Here are some of the key duties you’ll take on:
- Assist Clients with General Information on Afrihost Products: You’ll be the first point of contact for clients seeking information about Afrihost’s various services and products, such as ADSL, Fibre, 3G, LTE, and mobile data solutions.
- Client Signups: Assist clients in signing up for services through the Afrihost website, ensuring that the process is smooth and hassle-free.
- Device Configuration: You’ll help clients configure routers, mobile devices, and other products sold by Afrihost to ensure their connectivity and service experience is seamless.
- Afrihost Service Provisioning: You will keep clients updated on the progress of their orders and assist in troubleshooting any issues that may arise during service provisioning.
