Key Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, the successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, ensuring the efficiency of the HR team. Some of the primary duties include:

  2. Report Preparation: The intern will assist in the preparation of HR-related reports, ensuring timely and accurate documentation is provided when required by the HR team or senior management.
  3. Event Planning and Coordination: The intern will participate in the planning and organization of company events, career days, and other HR-related functions. This aspect of the role will require strong coordination and communication skills.
  4. Recruitment and Onboarding: The HR intern will provide assistance in the recruitment and onboarding processes. This involves liaising with new hires, helping them settle into their roles, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration: The intern will work closely with other members of the HR team and cross-departmental teams to support the ongoing operations of the HR department and improve the overall employee experience.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Educational Requirements: A minimum of an N6, Diploma, or Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Candidates must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. These skills are essential for performing tasks related to data management, report preparation, and communication.
