Key Responsibilities
As a Final Storage and Dispatch Graduate, you will be involved in a variety of tasks essential to the company’s supply chain operations:
- Packaging and Dispatch
- Manual packaging of finished products after the quality process, including:
- Minted coins
- Blank coins
- Cast bars
- Wires and discs
- Manual packaging of finished products after the quality process, including:
- Inventory Control
- Assist in tracking stock movements, performing regular stock counts, and updating storage systems in real time.
- Quality Checks
- Ensure that outgoing products meet company quality standards and assist in resolving any discrepancies.
- Customer Service Support
- Provide accurate order status updates to customers and assist in managing delivery timelines.
- Process Improvement
- Identify efficiencies in the final storage and dispatch process and help implement cost-saving strategies.
- Safety Compliance
- Ensure strict safety procedures are followed when handling precious metal products.

Minimum Requirements

Education
- Completed Matric (Grade 12)
- BTech / Advanced Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- BCom in Supply Chain Management
- Achieved an overall average of 70% or higher at tertiary level.
