  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX
  • Good communication and numerical skills

Duties:

  • Review and confirm invoicing information
  • Generate invoices and process payments
  • Liaise with banks and National Treasury for payment clarification
  • Maintain reports on payments and unallocated amounts

2. Administration Clerk: Asset Management

Requirements:

Duties:

  • Capture and manage asset receipts on the AX system
