The Role: Housekeeper
This housekeeping role is integral to ensuring a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment for both staff and customers. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining the overall hygiene of the branch—covering all areas from service floors to customer gaming spaces.

Responsibilities
- Ensure all workspaces—indoors and outdoors, including the car park—are clean before opening, during operations, and at closing.
- Clean and maintain floors, walls, furniture, bins, restrooms, and equipment.
- Manage refuse disposal and sanitation with strict hygiene standards.
- Use cleaning chemicals responsibly and report the need for new equipment or breakages to the Branch Manager.
- Conduct weekly cleaning of aircon filters.
- Monitor and maintain the condition of tables and chairs in gaming areas.
- Ensure that all service areas remain neat during both peak and quiet times.
Preferred Requirements
- A matric certificate
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role
