Job Overview: Sales Agent Field (15 Positions)
Hollywoodbets is seeking 15 Sales Agents to be based in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a Sales Agent, the successful candidates will be tasked with meeting and exceeding sales targets, both daily and monthly, while focusing on expanding the mobile customer base. Key Responsibilities
The role of a Sales Agent at Hollywoodbets is multifaceted and requires an individual who is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused. Some of the key responsibilities include:
Sales Targets and Customer Engagement
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly mobile sales targets.
- Promote and sell Hollywoodbets’ mobile products and services to potential customers, ensuring they understand the usage methods and benefits of these offerings.
- Demonstrate how the mobile application works to new customers, assisting them in signing up and placing their first bet using the sign-up bonus.
Customer Service and Support
- Provide top-notch customer service, assisting clients with account openings and addressing any betting-related queries.
- Assist customers in submitting the necessary FICA (Financial Intelligence Centre Act) documents when opening a new account, ensuring the process is completed smoothly.
Marketing and Brand Promotion
- Drive mobile marketing campaigns to increase sales and encourage new sign-ups for online accounts.
- Set up and manage displays at various outlets, events, and promotions to attract new customers and keep existing ones engaged.
Reporting and Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report progress to management on a daily basis.
- Regularly complete training and development courses, including Moodle Bet Strike and Voice Note Training, to stay updated on product offerings and sales techniques.
Equipment and Display Maintenance
- Ensure that all mobile equipment is well-maintained and safeguarded.
- Keep work areas neat and tidy to create a positive and professional environment for customers.
Additional Responsibilities
- The role may require traveling between branches and stores as per operational needs.
- Perform any other related duties as required by management.
