  • Managing the timely delivery and distribution of meeting documents.
  • Booking meeting venues, coordinating catering, and assisting with travel arrangements.
  • Maintaining Council/EXCO documents, ensuring proper record-keeping and easy access.
  • Ensuring minutes are signed and securely stored.
  • Managing minute books and statutory registers.
  • Typing documents, reports, and letters in preparation for meetings.
  • Coordinating and facilitating councillors’ payroll documentation.
  • Updating and uploading information to the Diligent Boards platform.
  • Performing ad-hoc duties as required.
