Site Creditors Clerk Job Description
As a Site Creditors Clerk, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems and support the management of our projects. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our renewable energy initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance and accounting, and be highly organized and detail-oriented.
Your main responsibilities will include processing invoices, handling expenses, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring that all financial records are in compliance with local laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
As a Site Creditors Clerk at Seriti, you’ll have the following key duties:
- Research and Filing: You’ll be responsible for conducting financial research, maintaining accurate and complete records, and ensuring proper filing of all documents related to finances and contracts.
- Invoice Processing: One of your key duties will be capturing and processing approved invoices. You’ll ensure compliance with local laws, such as VAT and WHT, and generate bi-weekly payment reports.
- Bank Reconciliation: You will capture bank transactions and perform bank reconciliations at month-end to ensure that all records are up to date and accurate.
