- Be 21 years or older
- Be currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Education (Senior & FET) or pursuing a degree with the intention of completing a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)

- Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills

Note: As Michaelhouse is an all-boys boarding school and interns are required to live in the boarding houses, preference will be given to male candidates.
